This
painting is from my "Monochrome Series" although
it has more than ONE color, the overall look is monochromatic
in nature. Like my other works I used a pointillist technique
(thousands of litlle dots of paint) and some shadowing to
give that 'coming out of the canvas' effect. The model is
a friend of mine wearing a Tshirt with Mickey Mouse head on
it.. I changed to Lenin, just because I wanted to have fun.

Cette peinture est dans ma "Monochrome Series",
bien qu'elle contienne plus qu'UNE couleur, l'impression generale
est monochromatique. Comme mes autres travaux, j'employe une
methode pointilliste. Ainsi que de l'ombrage pour donner un
effet de "sortir de la toile". Le modele est une
copine qui portait un Tshirt avec Mickey Mouse..J'ai change
pour Lenin simplement pour m'amuser :-)
